In totally 8 different morphological were isolated on the basis of colony characteristics on starch peptone agar and dominative isolate were screened and plated on point inoculation. RRMVCBNR 1 isolate was biosystamatically characterized on the basis of microscopic, colony morphology, biochemical and phenotypic studies. Phenotypic studies indicated that strains belonged to genus of Nocardiopsis which was further confirmed by genotypic studies based on 16S rRNA gene sequences followed by phylogenetic tree
