Methods: Ninety-eight patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) who underwent PCI in our hospital were selected and divided into the regular group (n=46, receiving regular nursing intervention) and the comprehensive group (n=52, receiving multidimensional comprehensive nursing intervention) according to the different nursing intervention methods. The medication compliance, social function, quality of life, and inci- dence of MACE were compared between the two groups. Results: The comprehensive group showed significantly higher rates of taking medication on time, taking medication according to the proper amount, taking medication at the recomended times, no increase or decrease in the amount of medication, and taking medication without interruption than the regular group (P < 0.05). -

For better spring protection, monthly hydrogeochemical and isotopic investigations were conducted in four representative karst springs (Baotu Spring (BTQ), Heihu Spring (HHQ), Zhenzhu (ZZQ), and Wulongtan Springs (WLT)) in 2016. Results showed that the BTQ, WLT, and ZZQ had similar hydrogeochemical and isotopic behaviors, which were different with that of HHQ. By combining the daily water level data with monthly hydrogeochemical and isotopic data of BTQ and HHQ, the hydrogeological processes of the two neighboring karst springs (470 m apart) are distinguished. -

It has been shown that microRNA-146 (miR-146) is involved in the regulation of immune and inflammatory responses. The present study explored the protective effects of miR-146 overexpression on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-mediated injury in A549 and H1975 cells. In this study, A549 and H1975 cells were transfected with miR-146 mimic or inhibitor, and then were subjected with LPS. Thereafter, cell viability, colony formation capacity, apoptosis, the release of proinflammatory factors, Sirt1 expression, and the expression of NF-jB and Notch pathway proteins were respectively assessed. As a result, miR- 146 overexpression exerted protective functions on LPS-damaged A549 and H1975 cells, as evidenced by the increases in cell viability and colony number, the decrease in apoptotic cell rate, as well as the down-regulations of IL-1, IL-6, and TNF- a. -

I argue that the fluidity of satiric writing in the 1930s and 1940s undermines the certainties of the “satiric triangle” and gives rise to what I call, variously, self-satire, self-counteractive satire, empathetic satire and ambiguous satire. It has been standard in the study of satire to assume fixed and fairly stable relations among satirist, reader, and satirized object. This “satiric triangle” highlights the opposition of satirist and satirized object and has generally assumed an alignment by the reader with the satirist and the satirist’s judgments of the satirized object. Literary critics and theorists have usually shared these assumptions about the basis of satire. I argue, however, that beginning with late-Qing exposé fiction, satire in modern Chinese literature has shown an unprecedented uncertainty and fluidity in the relations among satirist, reader and satirized object. -

In the past, most of the remote sensing investigations of tourism geological resources used two-dimensional remote sensing interpretation method, which made it difficult for some geological heritages to be interpreted and led to the omission of some information. This aim of this paper is to assess the value of a method using the three-dimensional visual remote sensing image to extract information of geological heritages. skyline software system is applied to fuse the 0.36m aerial images and 5m interval DEM to establish the digital earth model. Based on the three-dimensional shape, color tone, shadow, texture and other image features, the distribution of tourism geological resources in Shandong Province and the location of geological heritage sites were obtained, such as geological structure, DaiGu landform, granite landform, Volcanic landform, sandy landform, Waterscapes, etc. The results show that using this method for remote sensing interpretation is highly recognizable, making the interpretation more accurate and comprehensive. 1.
