BASF Show Us Your Farm Face General Rules and Regulations

This contest is sponsored by Stingray and Inc. (“Sponsor”). The contest is in no way sponsored or administered by BASF Inc. o/a BASF Canada (“BASF”). BASF is a prize supplier only and is hereby completely released of all liability by each entrant in this contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the contest must be directed to the Sponsor and not to BASF.

1. No purchase necessary. 2. All prizes must be accepted as awarded no substitution and have no cash value. 3. Must be 18 years of age or older to qualify or win a prize. 4. To qualify or win a prize, you must: (i) be a resident of or ; (ii) be the owner, operator or designated representative of a farm that operates in Alberta or Saskatchewan; and (iii) not be prohibited or restricted in any way from accepting a prize from BASF (as determined by BASF in its sole discretion).

5. 30 Day Rule: Only one person per farm 6. Only one person per household is eligible to qualify or win a prize from a Major Promotion valued at over $250 once every 6 months, or valued at $1,000 once per year. Examples of Major Promotions are Air CFCW, The Happy Camper Contest, Meals in the Fields, etc. 7. The winner has 30 days to redeem their prize (unless otherwise instructed by Stingray Radio Edmonton) from the time the prize is available. 8. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Stingray Radio Edmonton and will not be returned. 9. Stingray Radio Edmonton and Stingray Radio Inc, reserves the right to discontinue the contest or alter the rules at any time. 10. If contesting is administered all or in part over the telephone, internet or fax, Stingray Radio Edmonton and its sponsors and affiliates are not responsible for any interruption in service, miscommunications, misdirected calls or transmission or technical failure of any kind. 11. Please note that the live stream runs on a delay so timing may not be accurate. 12. In the event of “enter to win” contesting, Stingray Radio Edmonton is not responsible for illegible handwriting, lost or mutilated ballots and/or incomplete ballots. 13. BASF, in their absolute discretion: reserve the right to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of the unavailability of any component of the prize for any reason whatsoever. Prize Awarded will be: -two cases (80 acres) of Certitude Herbicide and new pre-seed herbicide. Prize can only be used in Canola, approx. retail value for two cases of Certitude is SRP $700 ($350/case) -$300 in BASF Swag, including a YETI Hopper Flip 12 Soft Cooler, BASF YETI Tumblers, a hat, and more 14. If an event or contest is cancelled beyond the control of Stingray Radio Edmonton, we are not responsible to replace the prize. 15. Stingray Radio Edmonton is not responsible for replacing a lost or stolen event ticket or arranging for a substitute event in the event of cancellation of a show. 16. Entrants eligible to receive a prize will be required to sign a declaration confirming understanding and acceptance and compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of a prize and a release satisfactory of Stingray Radio Edmonton and participating sponsors before being declared a winner. 17. Employees of Stingray Radio Edmonton, Stingray Radio Inc, their affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, advertisers, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Decisions of the judges are final. 18. Stingray Radio Edmonton shall not be held accountable or responsible for misdirected phone calls, interruption in telephone service, busy signals and/or any other difficulty in contacting Stingray Radio Edmonton by means of the contest line. No use of multiple phone lines (i.e. a contestant may not use both a cell phone and home phone at the same time or a business phone system that would allow a contestant to be working multiple phone lines at one time. 19. Stingray Radio Edmonton shall not be held accountable or responsible for misdirected phone calls, interruption in telephone service, busy signals and/or any other difficulty in contacting a contestant by phone. 20. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Stingray Radio Edmonton, Stingray Radio Inc, BASF, and each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, advertisers, advertising and promotions agencies, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of the use of the prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claiming to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judges. 21. By entering, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name, address, voice and likeness in any advertising or promotions without compensation. 22. The eligible winner will be required to answer a mathematical skill testing question without mechanical or other aid prior to being confirmed as a winner. 23. Contests are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with BASF. All entrants are providing information directly to the Contest Sponsors and agree to release Apple Inc. from any and all liability arising in connection with the Contest.
