NWFB Route 2X Extends to (Grand Promenade) Citybus Route 608 Extends to Shau Kei Wan

(14 August 2020, ) Effective from Sunday, 16 August, New World First Bus (“NWFB”) Route 2X will extend its service to Sai Wan Ho (Grand Promenade), and Citybus Route 608 will extend its service to Shau Kei Wan. Details are as follows:

Route 2X Wan Chai bound service will extend routeing to depart from Sai Wan Ho (Grand Promenade) Bus Terminus, travel via Tai On Street, Oi Kan Road, Oi Yin Street, Aldrich Bay Road, Tung Hei Road, Nam On Lane, Nam On Street, Shau Kei Wan Bus Terminus, Nam On Lane and Shau Kei Wan Road and then resume its original routeing to Wan Chai North Bus Terminus. A new bus stop will be located at Tung Hiu House, Tung Yuk Court.

Sai Wan Ho bound service will depart from Wan Chai North Bus Terminus, follow its original routeing to Shau Kei Wan Road and then divert via Aldrich Street, Nam On Street, Shau Kei Wan Bus Terminus, Po Man Street, Mong Lung Street, Aldrich Bay Road, Oi Yin Street, Oi Kan Road, Tai On Street and Tai Hong Street before terminating at Sai Wan Ho (Grand Promenade) Bus Terminus. New bus stops will be located at Oi Tung Shopping Centre and Tung Hiu House, Tung Yuk Court, while original bus stop at Aldrich Garden will be cancelled.

Route 608 City bound service will extend routeing to depart from Shau Kei Wan Bus Terminus and advance the first departure to 6:05am, travel via Nam On Lane, Shau Kei Wan Road and Tai Foo Street and then resume its original routeing to Kowloon City (Shing Tak Street) Bus Terminus. New bus stops will be located at Sun Sing Street, Hoi An Street and Sai Wan Ho Civic Centre, while original bus stops at Sai Wan Ho (Grand Promenade) Bus Terminus and Munsang College () will be cancelled.

Shau Kei Wan bound service will depart from Kowloon City (Shing Tak Street) Bus Terminus, follow its original routeing to Tai Hong House and then divert via Lei King Road, Tai On Street, Shau Kei Wan Road, Aldrich Street and Nam On Street before terminating at Shau Kei Wan Bus Terminus. New bus stops will be located at Wang Tung Street (only applicable to departures after 9:00 am on Monday to Friday and all departures on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday), Lei King Wan, Sai Wan Ho Station, Hoi An Street, Aldrich Bay Road and Nam Hong Street, while original bus stop at Sai Wan Ho (Grand Promenade) Bus Terminus will be cancelled.

Other operating particulars for the abovementioned two routes remain unchanged.
