Project Description A modern-architectural style, mixed-use complex, comprised of seven inter-connected, high-rise buildings, located on the International Riverfront of Detroit, Michigan. A “city within a city”, and one of the world’s largest commercial complexes, The Renaissance Center is owned by General Motors Corporation and is its world headquarters. The center building, and tallest of the tower cluster, is the 73-story Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center. The hotel building is the tallest all-hotel high-rise in the Western Hemisphere and the tallest building in Michigan since completion in 1977.
