An assignment in bankruptcy was filed by Everest Colleges Canada, Inc. on the 20th day of February, 2015 and Duff & Phelps Canada Restructuring Inc. was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the trustee's appointment or the substitution of another trustee by the creditors. 2. The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt will be held on the 11th day of March, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., at the Hyatt Regency Toronto on King, 370 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario. 3. To be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge with the trustee, prior to the meeting, proofs of claim and, where necessary, proxies. 4.
