Dear Young Indians Team, It gives me great pleasure to see the Young Indians initiatives in a country where the dreams and aspirations of the younger generation are soaring to newer and greater heights. The Yi Chapter under Mathew's Leadership has seen some great initiatives and activities this year under all its Focus Areas. The year started with the Special initiative like the Yi Pratheeksha 2015 : Book Donation Drive for under privileged students truly proves the important rolean organization like Young Indians plays in our society. Yi also launched couple of national initiatives such as Horn Not Ok Please campaign (HNOP) and Project MASOOM: An awareness Session on child sexual abuse in Schools in association with childline. Yi has also taken some very important initiatives in the year 2015-16 and through its initiatives in leadership development, events, workshops, projects on arts & heritage, creating environmental consciousness, engaging the student community in many of the above focus areas and using them as they are truly a powerful arm of Yi. We would like to see many more joint initiatives taken in the coming year between CII, Yi and IWN and work together in a more effective and productive manner by engaging more number of Young Leaders. This will enhance the overall productivity of the organizations. The year has witnessed a lot of hard work, unflinching commitment and efforts by all our members.
