Rehabilitation of infrastructures, USAID (Pact) Unknown Restoring provision of local services World Vision Road work and clearing Ghyachok, Lapu International (WVI) Early Recovery Cluster Introduction Early Recovery (ER) is attempting to address the recovery needs that has arose after the 25th April earthquake by using humanitarian mechanisms that align with development principles. It is enabling people to use the benefits of humanitarian action to seize development opportunities, building resilience, and establishing a sustainable process of recovery from crisis. ER aims to provide necessary support to the local government institutions for debris management, reconstruction of community infrastructures, restoration of public service delivery, and safeguarding emergency livelihoods and economic recovery in order to “Build Back Better”.
