III. OUTREACH INITIATIVES The following outreach initiatives were completed by the SEU during the reporting period:
A. Management Training:
1. The Salem Vice President of Human Resources conducts monthly HR Network Training sessions via teleconference and Powerpoint presentations, which includes review of EEO policies and compliance. The SEU’s Business Manager participates in these training sessions each month and then routinely communicates with the SEU’s General Manager and other management team members to keep all

B. Attending Job Fairs:
1. The SEU’s General Sales Manager, Operations Manager, and General Manager participated in a virtual Coast to Coast Career Fair on May 20 & 21, 2020. At this virtual event they informed the attendees of job opportunities available at the SEU. They also accepted applications and resumes.
C. Job Banks
1. The SEU Participates in media related job banks and internet programs designed to provide general information about opportunities in broadcasting and to encourage individuals to consider future employment. During this reporting period, certain job posting we posted to the following job bank:

D. Other Outreach Activities:
1. On air host conducts broadcasting seminars for juniors at Waynesburg University, West Virginia. Students are assigned projects that include on air performance.
2. Media Strategists received training through Analytic Owl which is a digital based product. This product can allow us to educate partners from advertisers to civic organizations as to how they track website traffic and what strategies are working best for them. This is a free tool which reads the Google analytics of a website so that we can identify when traffic comes to the website.
