Shortstop Marcus Littlewood , Seattle’s second-round pick in the 2010 June draft is the #8 prospect on the list…he had yet to appear in a professional game entering 2011, but hit .538 with 10 doubles, 8 HR and 27 RBI during his senior season at Pine View High School (UT)…he’s the highest-drafted player ever to come from Utah. Third-baseman Ramon Morla is the #14 prospect in the system following a breakout 2010 in Pulaski…he led the Appy League in home runs with 17, adding a .323 average, 17 doubles and 49 RBI in just 62 games and was Pulaski’s Offensive Player of the Year. Outfielder Kevin Rivers went undrafted in ’09 out of Franklin Pierce University (NH), but was the Offensive Player of the Year for Everett in 2010, hitting .332 with 11 HR, 48 RBI and a Northwest League-best .466 on-base percentage. Left-hander Anthony Fernandez was Everett’s Pitcher of the Year last year, leading the NWL in wins (8) and finishing third in ERA (2.59) in 15 starts. Fellow lefty Edlando Seco ranked second in the same circuit in ERA with a 2.48 ERA despite a 3-3 record in 14 starts. Infielder Stefen Romero was Seattle’s 12 th round pick out of Oregon State University in 2010 and will also be making his pro debut after missing last year with a right elbow injury. Romero was an All-Pac-10 First Team selection in 2010 with the Beavers…he hit .326 with a team-high 13 HR and 41 RBI in 48 games.
