No. 209/1 was mistyped for original Sy. No. 209/17 & the NOC was issued form Tahisldar Ragampeta. The DDM&G Kakinada issued Errata letter for the AMP for the QL applied area of Sri N. Srinivasa Rao for Gravel mine over an extent of 1.433 Ha. at Sy. No. 209/17, 209/18, 209/21 of G.Donthamuru Village, Rangampeta Mandal, East Godavari District. Now the Mining plan was approved by the Lr. No: 3777/Q1/2018, dated 07.08.2019 23. Forest land involved (hectares) No forest land is involved 24. Vegetation clearance is unavoidable, wherever mining activity is planned. Greenbelt will be developed within buffer zone of mining lease area. There are no existing buildings in the lease area and hence no proposal of clearance is made. 1.3 Creation of new land uses? Accordingly, the Deputy Director, Mines & Geology, Kakinada has issued a letter of intent to grant Quarry Lease for Gravel mineral over an extent of 2.485 Ha for the above said area through the Notice No. 3776 / Q1 / 2018 dated 31-04-2018. Subsequently, the mining plan was approved by the Dy. Director, Mines & Geology, Kakinada through the letter no. 3776 / Q1 / 2018 dated 29-11-2018. As per the Ministry of Environment and Forests Notification dt. 14th September, 2006 and subsequent amendments, we are submitting herewith Form- I , Form-2, Pre Feasibility Report/Environment Management Plan along with the approved Mining plan and Demand Draft for obtaining prior Environmental clearance. As per the S.O-141(E) and S.O-2269(E) issued by MoEF&CC dated 15-01-2016 & 01-07- 2016 respectively, if any another QUARRY Lease area is situated within the periphery of 500 meters of the proposed area and the applicant shall submit the Cluster EMP report.

Salient Features of East Godavari District East Godavari District which is one of the largest and the most populous district in the state of Andhra Pradesh, was successively ruled by Mauryas, Sathavahanas, Vishnu Kundins, Eastern Chalukyas, Cholas, Kakatiyas, Musunuri Chieftains, Kondaveeti Reddy Kings, Gajapathis, Kutubshahis and then by the British. It was under the Raj. On April 15, 1925, East Godavari District was formed as per G.O.No.502. East Godavari is the richest district of the state, in terms of GDP. It is both the cultural and tourist hub of the state. East Godavari is a district in Coastal Andhra region of Andhra Pradesh, India. Its district headquarters is at Kakinada. As of Census 2011, it became the most populous district of the state. Rajahmundry and Kakinada are the two large cities in the Godavari districts in terms of population. The district of Rajahmundry (present name Rajamahendravaram) was reorganised in 1859 into two districts of Godavari and Krishna. Godavari District was further bifurcated into East and West Godavari districts in 1925. After Nov 1956, Andhra Pradesh was formed by combining parts of Naizam, Ceded and Circars. In 1959, the Bhadrachalam revenue division, consisting of Bhadrachalam and Naguru Taluqs (2 Taluqas in 1959 but later subdivided into Wajedu, Venkatapruram, Charla, Dummugudem, Bhadrachalam, Nellipaka, Chinturu, Kunavaram, and Vara Rama Chandra Puram mandals) of East Godavari district were merged into the Khammam district. After June 2014's reorganisation and division of Andhra Pradesh, the Mandals of Bhadrachalam (with the exception of Bhadrachalam Temple), Nellipaka, Chinturu, Kunavaram and Vara Rama Chandra Puram were re-added to East Godavari District.
