INTRODUCTION Quintessence BG (QBG) is pleased to submit this Business Proposal for the design, construction and operation of the proposed Sofia Cinema Hotel project in Sofia, Bulgaria. The purpose of this Business Proposal is to enable potential investors and/or financiers to gain an overview of the nature and parameters of the Sofia Cinema Hotel project in order to begin the process of informed decision making. To this end, we have compiled a description of the existing site and related local pemitting issues, as well as an overview of both the political/economic climate and the entertainment sector in the region. The latter section of the plan reviews the costings and timetable for design and construction of the hotel, and finally the projected operational concept, financial projections, and base alternative for implementation. Sci., 12: 789-796 The present study includes morphological and mineralogical analysis of Gleyic-Eutric (Fluvisols) from the region of Sofia wastewater treatment plant advanced by sewage's sludge's deposition. The investigation shows that the soil aggregates of the surface horizons have become unsteady and easy to disintegrate. In the lower parts of the profiles the formation of structural aggregates was low. In the horizons underlying the sludge layers and susceptible to the sludge influence, the processes of organic residue deposition and the root system develop- ment have been terminated due to the toxic effect of the sludge contained pollutants. The clay mineralogical fraction derived from the respective horizons was dominated by smectite (> 60% almost in all the soils studied). The prevalence was 31.25 %, being 34.7 % in the metropolitan area and 25.8 % in the city of Sofi a. The current results are among the highest reported in the country. This could be due to the lack of prophylactic measures against infection in these dogs, but also to the spread of D. immitis into non-endemic countries. Stray dogs may act as an important reservoir of heartworm being a risk for client-owned animals and for the development of pulmonary dirofi lariosis in inhabitants. -

It occupies an area of 7059 km². According to data from the 2011 census, the population in Sofia Region numbered 247,489 people. The area is bordered by Montana, Vratsa, Lovech, Plovdiv, Pazardzhik, Blagoevgrad, Kyustendil, Pernik and Sofia. As an administrative unit, Sofia Region was established in 1901 under Decree № 236 of May 16, 1901 and the Law on the Administrative Division of the State Territory (adopted by the XI Ordinary National Assembly on May 4, 1901). Over the years, many municipalities have been added or dropped from it. Bonchev St., Block 24, Sofia 1113, Bulgaria 2Austrian Institute of Technology, Center for Energy, Giefinggasse 2, 1210 Vienna, Austria The thermal waters in the region of Sofia Valley were essential for the emergence and development of the city. There are over 70 water sources with a total flow of 110 l/s and a temperature of 21 °C to 81 °C. They are used for bottling, balneology, as a source of heating energy, spa tourism and others. Waters are formed in rocks with different composition and age, which affect the chemical composition. Therefore, it is essential to evaluate the probability of corrosion of pipes and equipment or the deposition of solid phases in them. The first step is to determine the “Langelier Saturation Index“ and the “Ryznar Stability Index“. To assess the probability of deposition, the saturation indices for different solid phases are determined. The obtained results make it possible to classify the thermal waters in Sofia Valley according to the possibilities of negative processes in their use and to extract conclusions concerning the significance of the geological and hydrogeological factors.
