DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT Division of Workers’ Compensation 7 CCR 1101-3 WORKERS’ COMPENSATION RULES OF PROCEDURE Rule 18 MEDICAL FEE SCHEDULE 18-1 STATEMENT OF PURPOSE Pursuant to § 8-42-101(3)(a)(I) C.R.S. and § 8-47-107, C.R.S., the Director promulgates this Medical Fee Schedule to review and establish maximum allowable fees for health care services falling within the purview of the Act. The Director adopts and hereby incorporates by reference as modified herein the 2013 edition of the Relative Values for Physicians (RVP©), developed by Relative Value Studies, Inc., published by OPTUMINSIGHT (Ingenix®), the Current Procedural Terminology CPT® 2013, Professional Edition, published by the American Medical Association (AMA) and Medicare Severity Diagnosis Related Groups (MS-DRGs) Definitions Manual, Version 31.0 developed and published by 3M Health Information Systems using MS-DRGs effective after October 1, 2013. The incorporation is limited to the specific editions named and does not include later revisions or additions.
