The book ‘Insurance Contracts’ is basically my LL.D. research work which has been published in book form by the author so as to argue for the cause of protection of socio- economic justice to the rural poor masses, employees insurance, unorganised labour, resorting to insurance like social security measures by the players in the insurance sectors.

The book Pregnant With Justice argues for a justice delivery system. Pregnancy is good news but no delivery is bad news. The system being ‘pregnant’ with ‘justice’ if fails to ‘deliver’ even after completion of period of ‘gestation’ than it would prove to be ‘abortive’.

Abortion in any form whether self-induced or a forced one is damaging for the future health of the system. One should have no feeling of any doubt about it that the people in the society are the best ‘judge’ despite the fact that they do not understand the very technical intricacies of law. But they do possess the finer sense of justice following the delicate perceptions of natural justice foundations. For the aforesaid reasons the justice delivery cannot escape the pinch that “justice should not only be done but it should appear to have been done”.

‘Delivery of judgement’ and ‘delivery of justice’ are the two very distinct dimensions of justice delivery system in any country on this globe...... Justice will not be delivered unless it is ‘pregnant with justice’.....It would always remain my humble submission before the caretakers of the system that in the larger interest of justice world wide it is demand of the hour that ‘justice delivery systems’ need be prevented from becoming merely ‘judgement delivery systems’....Let the ‘justice’ be ‘delivered’....???
