Welcome Letter

Dear New Employee,

Congratulations for successfully qualifying for and being accepted into the Initial Air Traffic Training program at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City, OK. Upon successful completion of your course you will be given one administrative day to relocate to Nashua, New Hampshire if returning by air. You will then report to Boston ARTCC, located at 35 Northeastern Blvd, Nashua, NH, 03062, at 7am the following day.

You may request additional time to relocate or you need to obtain housing in the Nashua area. Email your request to Fran Bujak, Support Manager for Training at Boston Center at [email protected]. In your request, indicate 1) if you need to pick up items from somewhere other than Oklahoma City on your way; 2) where and how long that will be, 3) how you will be traveling (vehicle, rail, etc.); and 3) how much time off you are requested. I will email you a response to your request. It is required to receive an approval for any administrative leave beyond one day prior to leaving Oklahoma City. If you have any questions, please contact me at (603) 879- 6883. If I am not in the office please leave a call back number on the voice mail.

When you arrive at the security gate on your first day, you will be issued a temporary parking pass and directed where to park and which door to meet a representative from Boston ARTCC. Indoctrination will start at 7am on your first day.

The Assistant Administrator for Human Resource Management is pleased to announce the implementation of the Child Care Subsidy Program on Monday, June 16, 2008. The program is available to full time permanent FAA employees with a total family income lower than $72,000. This program is available to you once you complete your Academy training and arrive at Boston Center.
