He spent three years as head coach at Austin Peay, orchestrating one of the most incredible turnarounds in college football history. In his second year, the Governors went 8-4 (8-1 vs. FCS foes) after going 1-45 over the previous four years. ** Healy hired an entire new staff for the 49ers. Of his 10 hires, he worked with six during his coaching career at APSU and as an assistant at UT-Chattanooga. A seventh, QB coach Mark Carney, was his QB coach during his playing days at Richmond. His 37 stops in run defense were the second-most in the country and his 13.2 run-stop pct. was third-best. ** According to PFF, Highsmith was the second-highest graded edge defender (behind ODU’s Oshane Ximines).     FSL Account Holder Information Packet February 2019 FSL Account Holder Information FSL Purchase & Seat Assignment All FSLs purchased after April 1, 2013 will be seated by the Athletic Foundation and Ticket Office based on availability and current rank of FSL Account Holder. Season ticket renewal information and invoices for FSL Account Holders will be mailed in January of each year with a due date of March 1. Parking permit information will be mailed to all FSL account holders in February/March of each year. Parking permits will go on sale after the annual giving deadline (typically early April) with a deadline of early May. Season tickets and parking must be paid in full by the respective due dates. Annual Giving Requirement and Season Ticket Purchase Green Tier FSLs Each FSL account holder who owns between 1-4 green tier FSLS may choose to make an annual gift to the Athletic Foundation at the Forty-Niner membership level (currently $250) to guarantee their seat location. The location of the seats for FSL account holders who do not make the optional donation will be determined on an annual basis first by the Athletic Foundation according to the FSL account holder’s rank and then at the discretion of the Athletic Foundation. In order to purchase more than 4 FSLs at the FSL account holder’s rank, the FSL account holder must make an annual gift to the Athletic Foundation’s Annual Fund based on the levels outlined below. The first such annual contribution must be made between July 1 and April 1 of the year in which the FSLs are purchased, and unless otherwise specified by the Athletic Foundation will be due by April 1 of each subsequent year.
