TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited from approved Contractors of LG&CD, Sheikhupura who have got their names / enlisted / renewed / for the current financial year 2020-21. Tender documents / bids can be obtained from the office of the Assistant Engineer, LG&CD Sheikhupura immediately after the publication of this advertisement against written application, attested copies of original letter of enlistment / up to date renewal fees receipt and P.E.C. License 2020-21. Authority letter on stamp paper duly registered, identity card of contractor / managing partner of the firm along with power of attorney. Tendered Rates should be quoted in figures as well as in item rates. Tenders should be signed as per general directions given in the tender documents. No rebates on tendered rates will be acceptable. In any change or cancellation in projects, then contractors will be bound as Administrative Approval. The lowest bidder whose bid will be 5% or more below of sanction estimated cost of the work, the contractor will be bound to submit the Additional Performance Security as per below rates quoted by him in shape of CDR that will be returned after the completion of the project. In case of failure of performance security within 15 days, the contractor CDR 5% of estimated cost will be forfeited in favor of Government without any notice. The contractor will be responsible for own arrangement of construction, material and machinery. Detail of estimate / document / bids / specifications can be seen in the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours. The tender / bids will be issued upto 20-03-2021 at 1:00 PM and Received in the office of the Commissioner Lahore Division Lahore on 22-03-2020 upto 12:00 PM and will be opened on same date at 1:00 PM, in the presence of tendering bidders or their authorized representatives and tender opening committee. Procurement process will be adopted as per PPRA Rules. NOTE: The Contractor will submit tender fee on 32-A challan from in state Bank / National Bank and provided this challan for issuance of tender form as per letter No. LG&CD/ADF/1(345)/2017dated 28th November, 2017 issued by Assistant Director (Finance) Directorate General, Local Government & Community Development Govt. of the Punjab Lahore.
