The Columbus Chapter continued a tradition of excellence by hosting its 54th annual Scholar-Athlete Awards Banquet.Pictured are the fifteen high school scholar-athletes along with chapter president John Wooldridge and Ohio Gold Award winner and 2006 winner Troy Smith.

Former Buckeye Heisman Trophy winner Troy Smith claimed the Ohio Gold A sell-out crowd of more than 400 attended the event held in the Award, the chapter’s highest honor. Guests had a chance to get pictures with Ballroom in the Ohio Union on the campus of . Smith and his Heisman Trophy and the 2014 National Championship Trophy, won by Ohio State. Presenting the award are past president and banquet emcee Jeff Logan and current chapter president John Wooldridge.

Seven collegiate scholar-athletes were recognized for their achievements. Allstate Sugar Bowl Chapter Distributes $50,000 in Scholarships

The Allstate Sugar Bowl Chapter held its 2015 Awards Luncheon in the Bienville Club Room at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. Pictured are the thirty-three high school standouts along with Allstate Sugar Bowl CEO Paul Hoolahan and NFF Chairman Archie Manning.

The highlight of the event was the presentation of five $10,000 scholarships, presented by theAllstate Sugar Bowl. The winners pictured were chosen based on essays submitted after being notified of their selection as scholar-athletes.

Twenty-two high school scholar-athletes were honored at the Overton Hotel in Lubbock, TX. The chapter distributed a total of $41,000 in scholarships.

Texas Tech Chapter President and Lubbock ISD Athletics Director Mark Ball Texas Tech Head Coach and 2002 NFF National Scholar-Athlete Award winner (right) has been instrumental in the success of three different NFF chapters, Kliff Kingsbury (right) presents the Coach of the Year Award to Brannon Rogers and he has helped turn the Lubbock based chapter into a powerhouse. Texas Tech wide receiver Bradley Marquez (right) received the Collegiate Baylor Bean from New Deal High School received the top scholarship award of Scholar-Athlete Award from Dr. Field Scovell. Marquez is a Hampshire Honor $8,000 from Rick Dykes from the Reagor Dykes Auto Group. Society Award winner and a NFF Campbell Trophy semifinalist. Scovell is the Texas Tech team physician and lettered for the Red Raiders. National Football Foundation Presented by Mountain Empire Chapter Inaugural Banquet a Huge Success

The Mountain Empire Chapter is led by an enthusiastic and driven board of The Mountain Empire Chapter in Johnson City Tennessee held its inaugural directors who wanted to support the game of football and honor local high school scholar-athlete brunch prior to the East Tennessee State spring game. Clark County (WA) Chapter Holds 23rd Annual Banquet Awarding $15,000 in Scholarships

Thirty-three high school stars were recognized by the Clark County Chapter located in Vancouver, WA.
