The additional eligibility criteria in the media rights iTT were that bidders had to be Broadcasters or sports marketing agencies and minimum financial standing, neither of which helps with the party mentioned. We have not included a bank guarantee - as a one season deal is this necessary. We do have a performance deposit - but that is only two dollars.
