2 SPEAKER'S STATEMENT—CHAMBER SEATING ARRANGEMENTS

The Speaker made a statement in relation to Chamber Seating Arrangements for this week due to COVID- 19.

3 PARLIAMENTARY COMMITTEES MEMBERSHIPS

Mr moved, That:

(1) (a) Pursuant to section 6 of the Legislation Review Act 1987, Robyn Anne Preston be appointed to serve on the Legislation Review Committee in place of Felicity Leslie Wilson.

(b) A message be sent informing the Legislative Council.

(2) Pursuant to section 54 of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983, be appointed to serve on the Public Accounts Committee in place of Felicity Leslie Wilson.

5 APPROPRIATION BILL 2021 APPROPRIATION (PARLIAMENT) BILL 2021 ELECTRIC VEHICLES (REVENUE ARRANGEMENTS) BILL 2021 ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING AND ASSESSMENT AMENDMENT (INFRASTRUCTURE CONTRIBUTIONS) BILL 2021 NSW GENERATIONS FUNDS AMENDMENT BILL 2021

Mr moved, That the following cognate bills be now introduced:

(i) A bill for an Act to appropriate out of the Consolidated Fund sums for the services of the Government for the year 2021-22.

(ii) A bill for an Act to appropriate out of the Consolidated Fund a sum for the services of the Legislature for the year 2021-22.

(iii) A bill for an Act to provide for a system of distance-related road user charges for zero and low emissions vehicles and to amend the Duties Act 1997 to exempt certain zero and low emissions vehicles from the payment of duty under Chapter 9 of that Act.

(iv) A bill for an Act to amend the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 in relation to contributions; and for other purposes.

(v) A bill for An Act to amend the NSW Generations Funds Act 2018 in relation to payments into, and out of, the Debt Retirement Fund and reporting on activities involving the NSW Generations Funds.
