1.0 Site Location and Context

The site is 0.17 ha (0.42 acres) in size. It is envisaged that the site will be split into two plots: plot 1 is 600 sq m (0.15 acres) and plot 2 is 830 sq m (0.21 acres) in area. Comments from Ward Members and/or Parish Council The Parish Council met this week and discussed the information provided on the sites within Shenley Church End.

There are a couple of questions that have been raised and I would be grateful if you could provide some further information:

Aldwycks Close The area has some mature trees which add to the visual impact of the road. Will these trees be maintained? The site is not particularly large and is in an area with larger scale housing – What type of housing is being proposed for the area?
