3 Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Bill: Presentation (Standing Order No. 57) Secretary Kenneth Clarke, supported by the Prime Minister, the Deputy Prime Minister, Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, Secretary , Mr Secretary Lansley, the Attorney General and Mr Jonathan Djanogly presented a Bill to make provision about legal aid; to make further provision about funding legal services; to make provision about costs and other amounts awarded in civil and criminal proceedings; to make provision about sentencing offenders, including provision about release on licence or otherwise; to make provision about bail and about remand otherwise than on bail; to make provision about the employment, payment and transfer of persons detained in prisons and other institutions; to make provision about penalty notices for disorderly behaviour and cautions; and to create new offences of threatening with a weapon in public or on school premises. Bill read the first time; to be read a second time tomorrow and to be printed (Bill 205) with Explanatory Notes (Bill 205–EN).

4 Jobcentre Plus (Wales): Motion for leave to bring in a Bill (Standing Order No. 23) Motion made and Question proposed, That leave be given to bring in a Bill to require the Secretary of State to make provision for the transfer to the Welsh Government of certain functions relating to the work of Jobcentre Plus offices in Wales; and for connected purposes.—(Hywel Williams.) 5 Health and Social Care Bill (Programme) (No. 2) Motion made and Question put, That the following provisions shall apply to the Health and Social Care Bill for the purpose of supplementing the Order of 31 January 2011 (Health and Social Care Bill (Programme)):

6 Scotland Bill (Programme) (No. 2) Ordered, That the Order of 27 January 2011 (Scotland Bill (Programme)) be varied as follows: 1. Paragraphs 6 and 7 of the Order shall be omitted. 2. Proceedings on consideration shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion at the moment of interruption on the day on which those proceedings are commenced. 3. Proceedings on Third Reading shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion one hour after the moment of interruption on that day, or one hour after they are commenced, whichever is the earlier.—(.)

13 First Delegated Legislation Committee Mr Philip Hollobone (Chair) reported the draft Ministerial and other Salaries Act 1975 (Amendment) Order 2011.

14 Second Delegated Legislation Committee John Robertson (Chair) reported the draft Distribution of Dormant Account Money (Apportionment) Order 2011.
