Nos.232/2012, 352/2013 and 343/2015 and also 1063/2013 and batch cases regarding notifying the lands under Section 22-A(1)(e) of Registration Act, 1908 – Publication of Govt. lands in Gazette under Section 22- A(1)(e) of Registration Act, 1908 –Notification – Issued. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ REVENUE (ASSN.I) DEPARTMENT G.O.MS.No. 195 Dated: 05-05-2016 Read the following: 1) Judgement dt.23-12-2015 of the Hon’ble High Court in W.A.Nos.232/2012, 352/2013 and 343/2015 and 1063/2013 2) From the Spl.C.S. & C.C.L.A., A.P., Letter No.Assn.I(1)/126/ 2016, dated 07-04-2016. -:s:- O R D E R: Section 22-A (1) (e) of Registration Act, 1908 reads as “any documents or class of documents pertaining to the properties the State Government may, by notification prohibit the registration in which avowed or accrued interests of Central and State Governments, Local Bodies, Educational, Cultural, Religious and Charitable Institutions, those attached by Civil, Criminal, Revenue Courts and Direct and Indirect Tax Laws and others which are likely to adversely affect these interests”. 2. The Hon’ble High Court in its orders dated 23-12-2015 in W.A. Nos.232/2012, 352/2013 and 343/2015 has ordered that the properties covered under clause (e) of Section 22-A shall be notified in the official gazette of the State Governments and shall be forwarded, along with the list of properties, and a copy of the relevant notification/ gazette, to the concerned registering authorities under the provisions of Registration Act and shall also place the said Notification/ Gazette on the aforementioned websites of both the State Governments. 3. Accordingly, in the letter 2nd read above, the Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh has furnished a list of properties pertaining to West Godavari District received from the District Collector, West Godavari for publication in A.P. Gazette. 4. Government after careful examination, hereby decide to publish the list of properties to be considered under Section 22-A(1)(e) of Registration Act, 1908 in respect of West Godavari District. Accordingly, the following notification shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh Extraordinary Gazette, dated: 07-05-2016. NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred under clause(e) of sub-section (1) of Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act XVI of 1908), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby prohibit the Registration of properties as shown in the Annexure in the interest of State Govt. It is even more important for the human being as they depend upon it for food production, industrial and waste disposal, as well as cultural requirement. Water plays an essential role in human life. Although statistics, the WHO reports that approximately 36% of urban and 65% of rural Indian were without access to safe drinking water. Human and ecological use of ground water depends upon ambient water quality. India’s declining ground water resources both in quality and quantity is a product of many driving factors. Though groundwater contamination is due to natural and anthropogenic activities, ground water pollution is mostly due to knowingly or unknowingly human activities.In order to understand water quality, it is very useful to display data in a visual manner. Because environmental data is also inherently spatial in nature (i.e. it varies geographically and due to environmental conditions), viewing the data in a way which displays this geographical variation is of particular use. For example, seeing where different water quality parameters are higher in concentrations can help explain causes and sources of contaminants. It is in this context, the ground water quality is determined in this mandal. In Physico-chemical analysis , various quality parameter are measured including pH, turbidity, electrical conductivity (EC), total dissolved solids (TDS),total hardness(TH),content of 2+ 2+ - 2- calcium (Ca ),magnesium (Mg ),chloride(Cl ), sulphate (S04 ), Iron (Fe), DO, BOD, COD, 2- Total alkalinity (TA) and Nitrate (NO3 ) concentration present in ground water.
