Initial Orders Troop Cookie Initial Orders are still open and will be accepted until end of day, Thursday, December 10! Don’t forget to place your orders! Even if it is a small order, we encourage you to place one, so your troops have something to start off the Cookie Season with! SUCMs will send out information about troop level cookie training and provide all Troop Cookie Managers with a login to ABC Smart Cookies. Remember, troops will not be uploaded into the system unless there are two registered and cleared adults listed as troop leaders. If you are a Troop Cookie Manager, please make sure to place an initial order to ensure your troop will have cookies on hand for the first day of the Cookie Program.

500 Club Update All incoming items for the 500 Club Opt-Out Gift have been received and the Product Program staff will be working on packing up packages the week of December 14th. These gifts will be shipped out on Friday, December 18th.

Subsidized Shipping Great News! New this year, GSEP is providing subsidized shipping for direct ship girl orders. Customers who place orders of 6 packages or more will receive a 50% off shipping discount for all orders within the continental US. The Gift Box will ship separately at standard fees and qualifies for 50% off shipping fees. Additional shipping fees apply to orders over 12 packages. 50% discount does not apply to additional charges for APO/Hawaii/Alaska/Puerto Rico

Booths Update Lehigh Valley Mall and Oxford Valley Mall join our list of secured booths for the 2021 Cookie Program! We are still working on securing and confirming more location before the end of December. We will continue updating you as we update our booths list.

Also, new for 2021, we are excited to announce that we have opted to participate in a national partnership with GrubHub for the 2021 Cookie Program. Stay tuned for more details to be shared soon!

2019 Older Girl Travel Credits While so many of our plans continue to be cancelled, we want to ensure our girls can enjoy their hard-earned Older Girl travel credits. Therefore, we are extending our 2019 Older Girl Travel Credits deadline to October 31, 2021.

As a reminder, 2020 Adventure Credits expire at the end of this month (December 31st, 2020) and can be redeemed for membership renewal, high awards expenses, retail shop use or for girl programs now available in the newly released Camp and Program Guide. Registration for all Girl Programs in the new Camp and Program Guide open on December 15th at midnight.
