Ayansola Ayandibu holds a B.Sc Hons in Accounting, Masters of Business Administration and also a Ph.D in Leadership Studies. He has worked in the cor- porate environment for 8 years in Nigeria before relocating to South Africa. Dr. Ayandibu worked for Lieutenant Consulting, Midrand, in 2012 as an Accountant / Economist. He has been lecturing at University of KwaZulu Natal since February, 2013 till date in the Discipline of Management and Entrepreneur- ship. Ayansola has lectured Accounting, Management and Entrepreneurship modules in the University Of KwaZulu Natal. He has also published articles in accredited journals. Dr. Ayandibu has attended international conferences in the University of London, UK, Harvard University (USA) and Ryerson University, Totonto Canada. Dr. Ayandibu is presently a Post Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Business Management, . He also lectures in the same department He has supervised many Honours student. He is currently supervising Honours, Masters and Ph.D students. Abiola Abatan is a strategic business consultant at Green-hall business enterprise. She holds a Masters degree in Entrepreneurship (Cum Laude) and has great knowl- edge of creating strategic and innovative ideas for organizations. Her work focuses on Evaluating the strategic capabilities of SMMEs for sustainability. When she is not busy creating strategies, she spends time with her family and loves traveling.

Ethel Abe is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher conducting a South African Dept. of Science and Tech-National Research Foundation innovation study on STEM Education. Dr. Abe graduated with a Ph.D. in Management, an MBA and BSc. (Hons) degrees respectively in Business Administration. She spent 10 years in the private and public sectors of the Nigerian economy. Isaac Abe is the Managing Partner (Training and Consulting) at Sash Business Management. He holds a PhD in Leadership studies from the University of Kwa Zulu Natal (Westville Campus) as well as an MBA in Financial Management from the Ahmadu Bello University Nigeria. He is a developer of training programs, academic curriculum, and accredited facilitator/lecturer in training and skills development. He lectured ethics and international business at the University of KwaZulu Natal. Dr. Abe is an accomplished researcher and publisher of peer reviewed academic articles in workplace interpersonal relationships and work/life balance.

Adeshina Adeniyi is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Kwa- Zulu-Natal, South Africa. He holds BSc and Masters degrees in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Lagos State University, Nigeria.

Sulaiman Olusegun Atiku is currently a Senior Lecturer (Human Resources) at Harold Pupkewitz Graduate School of Business (HP-GSB), Namibia University of Science and Technology, Namibia. He is a pragmatic researcher specializing in Strategic Human Resource Management. His current research area of interest includes; Human Capital Formation for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and Advanced Green Human Resource Management Practices. He has over 12 years’ experience in Higher Education. A native of Lagos, Sulaiman graduated from the University of KwaZulu- Natal with a PhD degree in Human Resource Management. His Master of Science degree was awarded in Human Resources and Industrial Relations at Lagos State University, Nigeria. His Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree was also awarded at Lagos State University in the field of Industrial Relations and Personnel Manage- ment. He has lectured several courses in his field home/abroad and published many scholarly articles in international journals. He is a member of International Labour and Employment Relations Association (ILERA), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), and Institute of People Management (IPM) South Africa.

Elizabeth Oluwakemi Ayandibu holds a bachelor’s degree in Geology from University of Ilorin, Nigeria. She has worked in the banking sector for 11 years and later resigned to join her family in South Africa. She completed her masters in Leadership Studies from Graduate School of Business and Leadership, University of KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. She has gained admission to start her Ph.D in Management Studies (University of KwaZulu Natal) in 2021.

Joana Costa is a Professor at the Economics, Management, Industrial Engineer- ing and Department (DEGEIT), University of Aveiro, whose professional activities are Economics of Innovation, Structural Change and Innovation, Innova- tion and Technology, Entrepreneurship and Econometrics. She is also a researcher in GOVCOPP and INESCTEC mostly interested in Innovation Policy, Economic Growth, Entrepreneurship Dynamics, Sustainable Innovation, Innovation Ecosys- tems and Family Business. Joana Costa held a PhD in Public Policy – Economics of Innovation from the DCSPT, University of Aveiro and attended the Master in Economics at FEP, Universidade do Porto. Also has a Degree in Economics from EEG, Universidade do Minho.

Joseph Crawford is a leadership and behavior researcher who seeks to create empirical solutions for growing unethical behavior in leaders. He has provided conceptualizations for the authentic leader and follower, and published on best practice methodology for leadership measurement. Dr Crawford received his PhD from the University of Tasmania in 2019 and has since produced a series of works on authentic leadership, the effects of COVID-19 on education and management, and is Editor in Chief of the Journal of University Teaching and Learning Practice.

Idris Ganiyu is a professional Human Resource and Industrial Relations re- searcher. He holds BS.c and Masters’ degree in Philosophy, and Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations respectively. He is currently a Post-Doctoral Fellow at University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

Edward Gonsalves is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and European Entrepreneurship Education Fellow. He is Associate Professor at ESADE Business & Law School (Barcelona) and Visiting Professor of Entrepreneurship, Family Business & Human Resources at Toulouse Business School (Barcelona) . Edward is Senior Lecturer (Strategy, Entrepreneurship & Family Business) and was previously Pathway Leader for the MA Entrepreneurship Program at Regents University, London. Edward’s research interests and recent publications focus on ex- ecutive, entrepreneurial and organization play; entrepreneurship and family-business education; strategic management and organizational learning; decision-making in uncertain and ambiguous settings. Edward is also Director of the Cooplexity Institute (Oxford & Barcelona). Irrshad Kaseeram is an Associate Professor and Deputy Dean of Research at the University of Zululand, South Africa. He is a senior member of the Department of Economics and has over a decade of teaching experience in undergraduate and postgraduate Economics. His research interests include Macroeconometrics and Microeconomics modelling in studying development issues, and he has published extensively in these areas.

Jo-Anne Kelder is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Tasmania and has a research focus on evaluation within higher education curriculum. She has been responsible for a number of operational and strategic projects for quality assurance of curriculum and enhancing student experience, as well as research to develop staff capability and practice in curriculum evaluation and scholarship. Her work has been recognised with a series of awards and grants across Australian including a 2020 Joint Fellowship with the Australian Council of Deans of Science. Jo-Anne is cur- rently a Senior Editor of the Journal of University Learning and Teaching Practice.

Matthew Knox is a recent graduate of the University of Tasmania with a pas- sion for understanding how to create a better world. His current work is focused on understanding authentic followers and their role in enabling ethical leader behaviors. As well as the effects group behaviour and mindset have over psychological well- being. Mr Knox has published on leadership, with a specific focus on authentic, positive, and ethical forms of leadership, as well as social entrepreneurship and social innovation.

Lindiwe Kunene is an academic at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She is in the Discipline of Management and Entrepreneurship. She lectures and does research in Small, Medium, Micro Enterprises (SMMEs), Entrepreneurship, Busi- ness, and Innovation strategy. She has published her research both nationally and internationally. Most of her publications relate her field to development economics contexts for Africa.

Prince Sivalo Mahlangu completed his honours in Business Management Cum Laude from the in 2018. He is currently busy rounding up his Masters dissertation titled “The nexus between Stock Index Futures Trading and Stock Market Volatility on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange” under the supervi- sion of Professor Oni. He is a post graduate tutor in the Department of Business Management at the University of Fort Hare.

Olabanji Oni is an expert in the field of Business Management. He holds a PhD in Business Management from the , South Africa. He is currently attached to the University of Fort Hare in South Africa where he lectures Introduction to Finance, Financial Management, Advanced Financial Management and Advanced Marketing Research. He has supervised over 41 post graduate students, published over 42 journal articles in Finance, Entrepreneurship, Small Business, Marketing and Strategy. He has also co-authored 10 books in the field of Business Management. He is a guest editor for the Journal of Reviews on Global Economics and a co-conveyer for the International Conference on Business and Management Dynamics. He is a member of various committees in the University and has served in various leadership positions such as Acting Director, HOD and Project Manager.

Jayrusha Ramasamy-Gurayah completed a Bachelors degree of Social Sci- ences in 2001 at the University of Natal, an Honours at the University of Natal in 2002 and thereafter a Master’s degree in Management at the University of Natal in 2003. She is currently working on her PhD in Supply Chain Management at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Jayrusha commenced her career in Education in the private sector before moving to the public sector of South Africa, in the private sector of higher education, she lectured and worked as a Lecturer and supported accreditation committees to assist with the quality assurance processes. Jayrusha was the Regional Academic and Quality Assurance Manager for Damelin-KZN within the Educor Group from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, she began her academic journey in the public sector as a lecturer at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in the School of Management, IT and Governance in the discipline of Supply Chain Management. She is actively engaged in research and has presented papers at both national and international conferences, namely in France, Mauritius and the United Kingdom with specific reference to the discipline of supply chain management. She currently supervises research students at Honours and Masters levels and is an external ex- aminer for a few tertiary higher education institutions and an external and internal moderator for supervision of Master’s students.

Andrisha Beharry Ramraj holds a PhD in Management studies majoring in management, leadership and governance. Further to this she hold a Diploma in Higher Education. In 2004 and 2005 she received NRF scholarships to complete her Honors and Masters degrees respectively. She has presented at local and inter- national conference in the areas of Management, Leadership and Entrepreneurship. She has published in the fields of Entrepreneurship and Business. She received best presentation awards two years in a row (2016 and 2017 respectively) She serves on the Teaching and Learning committee within the University and served as the BBA Programme Manager (SFTP) for a year. Having realised her desire for higher

416 About the Contributors education, Dr Beharry serves as an expert advisor for the Student Society of Entre- preneurship (CAVE) based at UKZN. Further to this she now shares her expertise as a research expert for the Center of Entrepreneurship. She is keen on undergraduate curriculum transformation within the discipline of Entrepreneurship. Redesigning curricular to suite the dynamics of the modern world enabling sustainability is fast becoming her passion.

Ndwakhulu Tshishonga is a lecturer at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, School of Build Environment & Development Studies. He holds a BA, BA (Hons) in De- velopment Studies (UNISA); an MA in Applied Anthropology (Goldsmith College, University of London), MM in Public Development and Management (WITS) and MPA-Public Administration (UWC), Advanced Diploma (UWC-Adult Education) and Social Reconstruction and Development Certificate (SADEP-UWC). His interests are in citizenship and local government and local governance, Intergovernmental Relations, Social Movements and Protests, Alternative Models of Development, Project Management and Development Planning to Micro Level Strategies in Eco- nomic Community Development, Co-operatives. He has published both locally and international in journals such as Journal of Public Administration, Agenda, African Journal of Public Affairs, Journal of African & Asian Local Government Studies and IGI Global. He has published more than 20 book chapters and journal papers nationally and internationally.

Makhosazana Vezi-Magigaba attended the university of Zululand and studies social sciences where she had found a passion for Industrial Psychology. She com- pleted her bachelor’s degree and an honours degree in Industrial Psychology and had ambitions of registering as a professional psychologist. However, the best laid plans are often overhauled by destiny, as the young and energetic Dr Vezi-Magigaba or Nana to her friends, was asked to conduct a lecturing stint within the Faculty of Commerce, Administration and Law. Soon enough there was an opportunity to study in the United States, the Dean at that time recognised Dr Vezi-Magigaba as being the ideal candidate to represent the faculty, the university and the country as a whole at an international tertiary institution. After completing her MBA at the Jackson State University in the United States, Nana became enamoured towards all things business and subsequently took up her role as lecturer in the Department of Business Management at the University of Zululand. Over the years she ploughed back her knowledge in developing young minds towards business-oriented careers. Her passion for entrepreneurship grew when she was asked to lecture this module, so much so that she became involved in an international student entrepreneurial body ENACTUS. Having coached the university students to measurable success in the national ENACTUS competition, she was rewarded with attending the ENACTUS

417 About the Contributors world cup with her high-achieving stars. She has received numerous plaudits for her involvement in ENACTUS. She achieved all this by also playing the leadership role of Head of Department of Business Management. However, her crowning achieve- ment was attaining her PhD amidst such work pressures under which most mortals will fold. Her active involvement and passion for ENACTUS inspired her PhD which was based on the influence of ENACTUS ON the growth of women-owned busi- nesses within the region. She is in the process of publishing widely in the area on entrepreneurship and is slowly but surely becoming an expert in this academic field.

Ricardo Zamora is CEO of the Cooplexity Institute (Oxford & Barcelona). He specialises in Distributed Leadership. It is considered a set of spontaneous and interconnected collective initiatives. It relates to talent, team effectiveness and self-coordination and applied to the agile world, liquid organisations, and shared leadership. He is Adjunct Lecturer of the Department of People Management and Organisation at ESADE Business School since the year 2000. In 1995 he founded Training Games, a laboratory of training solutions, specialised in the conception and development of team dynamics. In 2011 he founded Cooplexity Institute, whose objective is to provide high-level training, related explicitly to Distributed Leader- ship and the Cooplexity model (cooperation in complexity).
