Jeff Douglass (Lee) has been involved with OxACT in various capacities since its founding. He has been seen in productions such as The 39 Steps; The Other Place; Art; and . Jeff lives in Oxford with his wife, Emily and their three boys, Nathan, Sam, and Jeremy. He continues to thank his wife , Emily, for supporting him and and convincing him that, we’ll find a way to make it work.

Sam Martini (Austin) is a Cincinnati based actor, currently attending Xavier University. This is his first production with OxACT. Mr. Martini has recently been in Crucible as Giles Corey and The Zoo Story as Jerry/ Peter with The Regular Theatre. He has also been in multiple productions at the Cincinnati Opera. He would like to thank Mike for this fantastic opportunity, his friends and family for their endless support, and he hopes you enjoy the show!

Cathy McVey (Mom) is happy to be retired because it gives her more time to read, cook, knit, and do OxACT shows. From “Mr. Peanut” to “Lud” to Aunt ??”, OxCT has provided Cathy chances to learn and attempt to keep a grasp on her memory. Her kids have grown up, living happy and productive lives. She lives with Mike, Tank (Sam’s dog), Mabel (Mike’s dog), and an aging blind cat with raging high blood pressure. (Please don’t worry – we are treating Jazzy, even though she hates taking pills.)

S. Michael McVey (Saul/Director) is happy to be working for OXACT once again. His last OXACT role was as the director of 39 Steps. He happily works at Oxford Opticians but he would rather be playing cribbage or chess. His favorite avocations are delivering unsolicited opinions and practicing to be a small town eccentric. He once heard Mr. Rogers, of “Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood,” swear. He is the proud father of two children. He is also blessed with a wife who encourages his insanity, can always find his keys, and seems to love him without reservation. *AUDITIONS*
