IMDS: CNH Industrial Units Reorganization

This to communicate to all our Suppliers as IMDS Users our intention of separating the Organization Unit ID 111915 – “FPT Industrial” and ID 124292 – “Astra” from the roof Company ID 1316 – “Fiat Auto” and merging it within the existing roof Company ID 4772 – “IVECO Light” as a new Organization Unit ID 184104 - “CNH Industrial FPT” and ID 181105 “Iveco Defence Vehicle”. Please keep in mind these new IDs!

We want let you know that nothing will be lost as well as all datasheets already submitted will keep their original data, references and status. Therefore, no actions are required by suppliers.

Separation of an organization unit out of an IMDS roof company, and subsequently merging to an existing one (in the following also referred to “Split Off”) takes some days, while both of the roof company Fiat Auto and Iveco will be “off”. During this period all Users will not able to access to these two IMDS Companies (both of companies will be invisible).
