The Union Election Commission has inspected the withdrawal/receipt/use/remaining of ballot papers used for Pyithu Hluttaw Election of Htantabin, Insein and Dawbon townships in Yangon Region, together with the respective township election sub-commission, head of police force, Immigration and Population and admin- istrator according to the Hluttaw Election Law Section 53. 7. According to the ground inspection, a total of 378 polling stations of these three townships took out 486,870 ballots and used 314,564 It left 155,584 ballots instead of 172,306. A total of 22,323 ballots were missing and it also found 5,601 extra ballots. The extra/shortage ballots were found at respective poll stations. The extra ballots were found and so it seemed to print the ballots illegally. The findings in each township are as follows:

11. According to the inspection, 196 polling stations in 21 Wards of Insein Township of Yangon Region withdrew 261,350 ballots and used 165,510 ballots. It left only 82,806 ballots instead of 95,840. The shortage/extra ballots were found at each polling station. 12. A total of 16,526 ballots were missing at the polling stations of 18 Wards in Insein Township and the polling stations in 3 Wards used 954 extra ballots. 14. There were 63 polling stations in Dawbon Township and they took out 78,087 ballots and of these ballots, they distributed 75,637 ballots for ward/village-tracts, 500 for township advance ballots and 1,950 for township remaining (reserve). 15. According to the inspection, Dawbon township took out 75,637 ballots and used 44,100 ballots. They left only 28,670 ballots only 31,537. 16. A total of 3,461 ballots were missing at 37 polling stations and found 594 extra ballots at 17 polling stations. 17. They used 500 ballots as township advance ballots and it found 1,950 unused township remaining ballots ( reserve) and so there was no difference on it. 18. Dawbon township used 44,600 ballots out of 78,087 ballots and if found 30,620 unused ballots. Findings were as follows:
