This JCL Manual, the Laws of ​ ​ Cricket (2000 Code 5th Edition – 2013; the “Laws of Cricket”), and the Japan Cricket ​ ​ League Playing Conditions (the “JCL PCs”) are the main, but not only, documents ​ ​ governing the JCL. The captains and representatives of all JCL clubs and all umpires participating in the JCL are required to read this JCL Manual, the JCL PCs, and other related documents (see “Documents Governing the JCL” below).
