Gareth Elliot, former Legislative Affairs Secretary to Governor Jerry Brown and Don Gilbert, attorney and long-time legislative advocate will join us at lunch and share their war stories. In between we’ll get a VIP tour of the Capitol building, and schedule permitting, view the swearing-in of the new Speaker of the Assembly, Anthony Rendon – plus a few other surprises.
