Check you have sufficient permissions to use Aspire

• Visit Aspire http://aspire.aber.ac.uk/ and log in with your Aber username and password • Click on My Lists

If there is no Create new list button on the right of the page, you do not currently have permission to create, edit or publish Aspire lists.

If you are going to be teaching a module • you will gain Aspire permissions when you are added as an Instructor to one or more modules

If you are not going to be teaching a module • you need to approach a Blackboard Administrator in your department who can apply the Aspire Admin role 14 to you in Astra for modules in your department.

Please find a list of BlackBoard Administrators here ://faqs.aber.ac.uk/782

Once you have been added as an Instructor to your modules, or the Aspire Admin role 14 has been applied to you in Astra, sign into Aspire once more to check that the Create new list button is there.
