Entries are in alphabetical order by author's name and are arranged under the appropriate subject heading. Native-born Georgian authors are indicated by an asterisk. Citations include author, title, publisher/producer, copyright date, format, grade level, and publisher's/producer's annotation. All entries are commercially available. The supplement updates the earlier guide, adds a list of Georgia periodicals, and expands the list of state agencies offering free or inexpensive materials related to Georgia. (APG)

This first supplement updates the Georgia Mediagraphy, published in 1982. The original document and thi supplement act as a guides to print and nonprint materials about Georgia and Georgians. The information wi provided by Georgia educators, and national and local publishers. Entries are arranged under the subjet headings used in Essential Skills for Georgia Schools. Criteria for inclusion were appropriateness forK-1 students and commercial availability during theproject's research period. Most entrieshaverecer copyright dates, yet some entries with older copyright dates were included when the titlehad not been listE in the earlier publication.

Included in the supplement, but not in the 1982 publication,is a list of Georgia-related periodicals Expanded in this issue is a list of state agencies thatoffer free or inexpensive materials related t Georgia. Professional resources, instructional televisionprograms and physical education resources have nc been listed in the Supplement because there were no new entries. Media specialists are reminded to consul both the Instructional Television Schedule Book and Videotape Duplication Catalog for relatalproductions.
