25. DÜNYA ÜNİVERSİTE KIŞ OYUNLARI 27 OCAK – 6 ŞUBAT 2011 / ERZURUM SONUÇLAR & RAPOR 25. DÜNYA ÜNİVERSİTE KIŞ OYUNLARI 27 Ocak – 6 Şubat 2011 / Erzurum SONUÇLAR & RAPOR 25. Dünya Üniversite Kış Oyunları 27 Ocak - 6 Şubat 2011 tarihleri arasında Erzurum’da düzenlenmiştir. 1960 yılında Fransa’nın Chamonix kentinde yapılan ve sadece 16 ülkeden 220 sporcunun katılımı ile gerçekleştirilen ilk Dünya Üniversite Kış Oyunlarından sonra günümüze kadar büyük bir gelişim gösteren ve her geçen yıl ülke ve sporcu katılım sayısı artan bu dev organizasyonun 25.’sine ev sahipliği yapan Erzurum, aynı zamanda bugüne kadar ülkemizde yapılmış en büyük kış sportif organizasyonuna da imza atmıştır. KIŞ OYUNLARINDA ÜLKEMİZ: İlk kez 1989 yılında Bulgaristan’ın Sofya kentinde yapılan Dünya Üniversite Kış Oyunlarına 8’i sporcu 12 kişilik bir ekip ile katılan ülkemiz o tarihten itibaren bugüne kadar yapılan tüm Kış Oyunlarına (1995-İspanya hariç) düzenli olarak katılmıştır. ERZURUM 2011’DE MİLLİ TAKIMIMIZ: Ülkemiz, 25. Dünya Üniversite Kış Oyunları’na tüm branşlarda, 151 sporcu (73 bayan & 78 erkek), 37 antrenör ve 39 idareci (Kafile başkanı, kafile başkan yardımcıları, FISU Komite Üyeleri, Ekip Şefleri), doktor ve masör olmak üzere toplamda 231 kişi ile katılmıştır. 25. DÜNYA ÜNİVERSİTE KIŞ OYUNLARI 27 Ocak – 6 Şubat 2011 / Erzurum KIŞ OYUNLARI TARİHİNDE İLK MADALYA: Oyunların sekizinci gününde Artistik Patinajda Buz Dansı Serbest Dans müsabakalarında Milli sporcularımız Alper Uçar ve Alisa Agafonova 127,13 puanla ikinci sırada yer alarak gümüş madalya kazanarak ülkemize bugüne kadar katıldığı Dünya Üniversite Kış Oyunlarında ilk kez madalya sevinci yaşatmışlardır. 25. DÜNYA ÜNİVERSİTE KIŞ OYUNLARI 27 Ocak – 6 Şubat 2011 / Erzurum Erzurum’da ülke olarak müthiş bir basarı ile gerçekleştirdiğimiz TRT'nin ve diğer kanalların yani sıra yaklaşık 80 ülke televizyonunun da yayınladığı muhteşem açılış ve kapanış törenleriyle tüm dünyanın dikkati Erzurum’a çekilmiştir. -
