MONTVILLE — Pop star and family are on the move again, listing their third custom luxury home in Morris County in five years, with eyes on a fourth.

Joshua Baris of Coldwell Banker, who listed the property on Monday, said the couple is looking to "stay in the area," but after building, occupying and selling similar mansions in Denville and Boonton Township, they are looking for another property to buy and build in northern .

"My experience with custom builders is that once they build, they look for another project," Baris said.

Kevin Jonas is the oldest member of the Jonas Brothers, who have not toured since 2013, but sold nearly 20 million records beginning in 2005.

Jonas, a Wyckoff native, and his wife, the former Danielle Deleasa of Denville, married in 2009. In 2011, they moved to a luxury home on Rolesan Way in Denville that became the setting for their E! network TV series "" in 2012-13.

Saying they wanted to build a new dream home, they sold that 7,200-square-foot house for $1.8 million in 2013, moving to a custom-built 7,390-square-foot, six- bedroom, six-bath "Hampton's style" home near the Rockaway River. The couple moved to their current address, on the end of a cul de sac in the Lake Valhalla section of Montville, after selling the Boonton Township property in March 2017.

The Montville property, listed for $2.48 million features five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms on approximately 2 acres.

Baris highlighted custom touches including a large glass-walled wine cellar off the formal dining room and a gourmet kitchen, a master suite with a fireplace and two walk-in closets.

High-tech amenities include Elan Smart Home system and a video projection screen. The full, finished basement features a gym, custom built play area and rec room.

"The attention to detail is breathtaking," Baris said.
