CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE.

1) The purchaser is required to erect a close boarded boundary fence of approximately 6’ in height between the building plot and Chy Bron within 28 days of completion of the purchase.

2) The purchaser of the building plot is required to install a drainage system with a capacity capable of taking the sewage from Chy Bron and the new dwelling and linking Chy Bron to this as Chy Bron’s current private drainage system is positioned where the proposed dwelling will be constructed. The new private drainage system should be installed within a period of 12 months from the completion of the purchase and Chy Bron should not be left without drainage for any unreasonable period of time.

RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS. Restrictive covenants will be placed on the plot to prohibit building any further forward than an agreed building line so as to protect the views and light of Chy Bron. A restrictive covenant will also be placed on the garden of the building plot to stop any planting or garden structures higher than agreed growing or being erected so as to protect the view to the sea of Chy Bron.
