I further proclaim that the said Legislative Council and also the Legislative Assembly shall assemble for the despatch of business on 29 April 2003, at 2.15 o’clock in the afternoon, in the premises known as Parliament House, Macquarie Street, : And the Members of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly are hereby required to attend at that time and place.

FISHERIES MANAGEMENT ACT 1994 Section 8 Notification - Fishing Closure Thredbo and Eucumbene Rivers Spawning Closure

I, Ian Macdonald, prohibit the taking of fish by the methods of fishing described in Column 1 of schedules A and B of this notification, from the waters described in Column 2, during the period specified in Column 3, respectively, of those schedules.

Fishing will be further subject to the ‘conditions’ as set out by this Notification.

This prohibition is effective until 2005 inclusive.

(1) For the purposes of this Notification: (i) A rod is deemed to be attended if it is within ten (10) metres and in the sight of the person in possession of that rod. (ii) An artificial lure or artificial fly, whether fitted with one or more hooks, is deemed to be a single hook. (2) No person must be in possession of any rod and line with hooks other than artificial flies or artificial lures attached in on or adjacent to the waters permitting fishing activity in Schedules A and B of this Notification. (3) No person must be in possession of more than one rod and line with hooks attached, in on or adjacent to any of the waters permitting fishing activity in Schedules A and B of this Notification.
