With a total construction area of 350,000 sqm, the project comprises 170,000 sqm of office, 20,000 sqm of retail and 45,000 sqm of residential apartments. Providing green space was a key component of the design concept, and the development achieves 35% green area ratio. The project was designed by Aube Conception SARL d’Architecture and received an Asia Pacific Property Award – for Mixed-Use Architecture in China. Study Tour 2: Ping An Finance Centre Ping An Finance Centre (also known as the PAFC) is a 118-storey supertall skyscraper in Shenzhen, Guangdong. The building was commissioned by Ping An Group and designed by the American architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates. It was completed in 2017, becoming the tallest building in Shenzhen, the 2nd tallest building in China and the 4th tallest building in the world.
