While they are no longer chartered at the University of Iowa, it is imperative to refrain from attending ANY events they may host. Chapter Announcements Alpha Delta Pi- Today is Alpha Delta Pi’s 104-year anniversary of being on campus Advisors Meghan Bullard • We will ask a lot of you, but it will come with a lot of really cool responsibilities. • Handed out rosters. These are due before 4:30pm Friday January 18th o Follow the steps properly or it will be handed back to you

o Make sure your roster matches what PHC has o All recruitment chairs know that this is due o If someone is not on your roster, they did not fill out a gold card o If you need gold cards, they are in the CISIL front office. We cannot add someone until they fill out a gold card. o Please give Lauren, the administrative assistant in CISIL, enough prior notice to receive a roster. Discussion: • What they want to get out of this experience o Understanding more of what phc and how it works • What they think their position is o Thoroughgoingly communicate between chapters o Middle Woman • What topics they want to talk about this semester o Understand each chapter's philanthropy more at their events o Moratorium and risk. Ensure people are following the rules and knowing the consequences. Making it easier to talk about those tougher subjects. o Know when Chapters are doing cool activities Questions to be Answered: • When do FSL Weekend Meetings Start? • When do Reps need to be selected?
