They were lucky enough to explore the magic of the Tumu Tumu Cave by Chris Quinlan blackwater rafting, walking, climbing, swimming and tubing through this Central Waikato Franchise spectacular cave. This was all thanks to Waitomo Adventures. Phone 021 277 9286 We also would like to say a huge thank you to our parents who came on the trip with us Dustin Wilson, Ryan Johnstone, Scott Hamilton, Craig McKie and Amy Curle. Check out our facebook page to see the incredible photos! We held a very successful swimming sports last Tuesday, thank you to Mrs Rennie for her wonderful organisation. This was well supported by our school community and it was great to see some new faces swimming in the parent/teacher/student relay. Thanks to Scott Hamilton, Michael Ham- monds & Kevin O’Hearn! GREENLEA PREMIER We held a great PTA AGM on Monday night and we were very pleased to MEATS welcome two new members Jade and Jenna to the PTA. We are so excited Processing Plants to have Shannon Catley continue on as Chairperson, Dianna Barlow as Sec- Hamilton & Morrinsville retary and Julie-Anne as Treasurer. We also sadly officially farewelled Lisa Wells who held the PTA together for many years, we will always be grateful COWS for her service to our school, her passion and commitment was second to BULLS none! Our PTA is in a really strong position moving forward and we have PRIME some great fundraisers planned. Don’t forget that if you can’t commit to CALVES being a member but would like to help out whenever possible you can con- tact Shannon and become a friend of the PTA. I must also say a huge thanks to those Mums that do commit so much of their time and energy to being Local livestock buyers on the PTA we really appreciate each and every one of you. Sorry no Eftpos SCHOOL MESSAGE’S School Triathlon Our School triathlon is going to be held on Thursday 8th April. We will be doing some running training here at School starting next week. This will mean that your child/ren will need to bring running shoes to School from Monday please. Please encourage your children to get out on their bikes for training at home as well. We are holding another weigh in this Thursday the 18th of March at the club from 6pm to 7pm. We know there are still a few families out there that haven't been able to make our last two weigh ins. So please if you are wanting to play this season please make sure you come down on this night. Before you come you need to have done the form on www.sporty.co.nz just go into Taupiri Junior Rugby and complete this form then hit submit, don't worry about grade or weight.
