Employees. a. to review the following salaries (i) Clerk/Burial Registrar – it was resolved that the council allows sufficient funds in the budget a 2% cost of living pay increase, from 1st April 2020, subject to any national pay award agreed by SLCC and NALC. (ii) Allotments Manager – noting that the salary has not been increased since 2014, it was resolved to raise the annual salary for the Allotments Manager to £350 with an additional £100 towards the cost of using her home as an office. b. Employment status - it was noted that all Parish Council employees are employed and that PAYE is operated. c. Pensions – it was noted that the Parish Council adheres to the requirements of the Pensions Regulator. 4. Cemetery. a. Cemetery - it was resolved to make no changes to the cemetery fees. b.
