Parents, You’re Invited to… OUTSIDERS DAY! Friday, 25th at 2:00pm 1960s themed field day and games on the band practice field next to the new gym! A school spirit day to celebrate the classic novel, “The Outsiders,” by S.E. Hinton! Students are encouraged to dress the part as characters from the book or in their best 1950s/60s wear!

Throughout the day students will enjoy an Outsiders breakfast of chocolate cake and cherry coke, themed cultural content in their academic classes, a sneak-peek performance of TCS Theatre Arts’ production of “The Outsiders” on stage, and finish the day with a 60s themed field day full of games and fun! That night, our fall dance is a Sock Hop! Students can wear their spirit day costumes to the dance from 6-8pm in the SMHS Cafeteria!
