Applications may be inspected free of charge at the Off ice of the Traffic Commissioner in Leeds by any person who carries written authorisation to act in that capacity. Objections against published applications may be made in writing by a Chief Officer of Police, a local authority, a planning authority or a prescribed trade union or association within 21 days of the date on which notice of an application is published in Applications and Decisions. Objections must be made either on the grounds that any of the requirements listed in Section 13 of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 are not met and/or that a nominated operating centre will be unsuitable for use as such. A copy of the objection must be sent by the objector to the applicant at the same time that it is sent to the Traffic Commissioner. The onus of proof in terms of the grounds on which an objection is lodged lies with the objector. You may fax a copy of your objection to 0113 2488521 but please note that you must send the original signed document through the post. Clas sification of Operator Licences – There are three classes of licence: • A Restricted (R) licence authorises the use of a goods vehicle on public roads in Great Britain for the carriage of the licence holder’s own goods in the course of his trade or business. The licence holder cannot carry goods for other people for hire or reward; • A Standard National (SN) licence allows the licence holder to carry both his own goods and goods for other people for hire or reward, on public roads in Great Britain. He can also carry his own goods on journeys abroad; • A Standard International (SI) licence allows the licence holder to carry both his own goods and goods for other people for hire or reward. These activities can be undertaken both in Great Britain and on international journeys.     local environment agency pi DOVE ENVIRONMENTAL OVERVIEW AUGUST 1999 Ashbourne Dove LEAP Foreword I am delighted to introduce the Consultation Draft for the Dove Local Environment Agency Plan. This is the third LEAP to be produced in the Upper Trent Area of the Midlands Region and looks at environmental issues within the River Dove catchment. The Agency in consultation with key organisations has identified a number of environmental issues relevant to this area. We need to confirm that we have addressed all current issues and the options to resolve them, taking into account the often conflicting demands on the environment by its users. The LEAP process will provide a vision for the environmental needs of the River Dove area. It will provide a framework within which we can seek to develop new partnerships with organisations and bodies with whom we wish to share a common approach on environmental , issues. This report is published as part of our commitment to being open and consulting with others about our work. This will be part of a major consultation exercise and marks the start of a three month period of consultation. Following the consultation period the Agency will produce a five year action plan which will set out a costed programme of work by the Agency and other organisations. Annual reviews over the five year period will report on significant achievements and progress being made on the issues. Your views are extremely important. Licence number AL50684A 42213/01/SPM/MG 17882848v2 Cannock Chase : Existing Employment Areas Study Executive Summary Cannock Chase District Council [the Council] appointed Nathaniel Lichfield and Partners [Lichfields] in November 2018 to undertake an update to its Employment Land evidence base to help underpin its updated Local Plan, which is programmed for adoption in September 2021.This study sits alongside the Cannock Chase Economic Development Needs Assessment [EDNA] and Market Intelligence Report and considers the District’s existing employment sites and the degree to which there is scope for these sites to contribute to meeting future need, as well as seeking to establish if opportunities exist for additional development in these locations. The review has been undertaken and prepared in the context of the requirements set out in the National Planning Policy Framework [the Framework] (updated in February 2019) and Planning Practice Guidance [Practice Guidance] with regards to planning for B-Class employment land. The study considered 77 sites distributed across 22 broad employment areas which cover a gross area of around 311 ha split across three distinct market areas; Cannock, Hednesford & Heath Hayes, Rugeley & Brereton and Norton Canes. The areas assessed generally comprise clusters of employment units distributed across one or multiple business parks or industrial estates.
