This Vendor Directory contains regular sources and sources approved for placing development orders approved by ICF, for manufacture and supply of items for which their name is mentioned. 2. The production capacities of the vendors have been indicated in the vendor directory. These capacities are the maximum production capacity for the bottle neck activity in the manufacturing process for each item, when the manufacturer devotes his entire manufacturing capability towards manufacturing the particular item only. These figures are dynamic and may change from time to time, as the vendors keep on making adjustments in their product-wise capacity. 3. When awarding developmental POs to firms, estimated capacity provided in the approved list should be considered. 4. The publication of this Vendor Directory is an annual exercise. However, approvals granted in the intervening period between the issue of this list and the next list should be considered as valid on the basis of the approval letters issued by this office. Same will be uploaded as amendment during this period. 5. ICF is planning to prepare a dynamic vendor directory, so that amendments can be updated real time. 6. In the index for vendor directory, Pl nos. of items have been indicated which are for guidance purpose. In case of any discrepancies noted between item description and PL description, the item description will supersede over PL description. Any error or omission, as well as suggestions for further improvement may be communicated to the following address:+ Dy.
