Museum of Old Historical Photos of Chengdu Opens in Dayi County

It houses the exhibition of old photos taken by Canadians living and working in Sichuan in the last century. The more than 1,000 photos on display show the life and work of the Canadians, the life and customs of local people, and the natural landscape. The activity was jointly sponsored by the Sichuan Provincial People’s Associa- tion for Friendship with Foreign Countries, the Chengdu Municipal People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Dayi County Government, the Canadian Embassy in China and the Canadian Consulate General in Canadian friends accorded a warm welcome on their home visit in Chongqing with the support of the CPAFFC.
