Tanya "The Writer" is a multi-talented singing songwriter, vocal producer, tracking engineer, and Executive. She has nurtured a reputation for delivery through various creative and executive music projects including conferences, events, campaigns, community based initiatives, owning all aspects of delivering success. Williams is a balance of both creative and intellectual execution, serving as a musical designer in the studio and out.

In 2010, industry veterans and mega-managers Johnny Wright (wegmusic.com) and Doug Brown became impressed with her songwriting abilities and positioned her to develop new artist projects. She has helped to develop creative projects as a staff songwriter at Wright's Orlando, Florida facility and continues to develop projects in her Atlanta based recoding studio, while growing her catalog of over 150 Pop, R&B, and Hip Hop songs. She most recently began working with the ForMe (Future of Real Music & Entertainment) Teen Songwriting program, helping teens understand the business of songwriting, while developing the programs reach.

Her early music career consisted of development through musical geniuses including Akon, The Dream, songwriter Adonis Shropshire (Aubrey O Day/Monica), Keisha Babi (Tiny & Toya Show), and songwriter JQue (Omarion/Keri Hilson). She won the approval of executives often and early in her path, singing for LA Reid, Dallas Austin and Teddy Riley, although the timing was never quite right. Later, she discovered her true VISION to be a multi-genre Billboard Charted Songwriter, Producer and Executive.

As an executive, Williams formerly served as the General Manager of an Atlanta A&R company, putting her in the path of many record labels, A list artists, managers, songwriters and executives. Here, she helped to facilitate a major music conference and assisted with artist videos, model calls, project development, sponsorship, proposals and general company growth. She served as a liaison amongst major labels and projects including Jive Records, Atlantic Records, R.Kelly, Jacob Lattimore and countless others.

In helping to develop the next generation of music, building her brand, establishing new relationships and fielding publishing opportunities, she is forging her destiny in the music business. With a diverse skill set, covering creative and executive expertise, the future is inevitable!
