Item Subject Action 1. Welcome/Present Agnes Harvey (AH) began by way of introductions and welcomed the group to the meeting.

3. Presentation from STRADA The group was joined by Tracey Mcfall, Lauren Johnson, Alice Russell and Avril Edmond from STRADA. They gave a short presentation regarding the Training Needs Analysis that the ADP have commissioned them to complete. 4. Previous Minutes The minutes were agreed and accepted as an accurate record. Resource Group Update 6. A) 2013/14 Budget Update The Delivery Group would like to see a broken down budget available at the next meeting. The ABI spend will be reviewed later on in the month with an update at the next meeting. The budget is on spend at the moment with the possibility of some slippage. CM to bring a paper to the group regarding engaging service users and also to have an update on the communication budget for the next meeting.

B) Children and Young People Funding There was 22 application received for the Children and Young peoples funding. The group met last week to discuss the bids, successful applicants will be notified in due course.

7. Executive Group A) Coordinator Recruitment The post has gone to advert and closed on the 15th of September, there has been 14 application forms received and the interviews will be on Thursday 23rd of October.

B) Annual Report The annual report went to the Executive Group on the 11th of September and it was decided that CM would ask for an extension on the Annual Report to gather more information. The extension was granted to the 10th of October.

C) Commissioning Update The closing date was the 15th of September for the Commissioning. CM and JR will also meeting with the commissioning Group on the 9th of October to discuss the ABAT SLA’s.

D) Mediation/Facilitation Jeremy Scruse from Catalyst Mediation attended the Executive Group Meeting on the 11th of September and has presented an update to the Delivery group. There is current ongoing meetings with all partners and costing to be discussed with the Executive Group. The Drug and Alcohol Improvement game which will run along side the facilitation has been proposed to run on the 27th of November and a follow up half day on the 20th of January. There was some concern raised in the group that not all partners would be involved in the facilitation, AH will get clarification from Jeremy on this.

8. Review of Local Forums The short life working group met to discuss the Local Forum constitutions to keep continuity with in the forums. AH would like this document to go back to all local forums for discussions by there chair and all comments and revised document to be discussed at the next meeting.

9. Forum Updates – Good turn out at the last meeting lots of different partners present. There was a fire safety talk and a discussion on the arrest referrals scheme. The next meeting is the AGM on the 12th of November.

Oban – They had a presentation by Craig Mcnally on the Festival at there last meeting. Youth Café and starting to secure small amounts of funding.

All other forums sent in a written update.

10. GOPR Update CC submitted 2 papers to the group around the briefing on GOPR. Could all comments please be submitted to CC by the 22nd of October.

11. Scottish Families Telehealth There is now a Telehealth service available to support families in Rural Areas

12. AOCB CM asked the group if the Sexual Health Senior could attend the next meeting to give a short presentation.
