The rolling SCapital Plan includes projects that are in progress or are expected to commence during the three years it covers. The Capital Budget represents the anticipated capital expenditures in the first of these years. Both the Capital Plan and the Capital Budget are subject to change based on funding availability, budget affordability, and university priorities.
