Our proposals for Stillers Farm

Taylor Wimpey is currently drawing up plans to create a new residential development on land at Stillers Farm, adjoining Ewshot Lane in .

Our proposals include:

• Up to 60 new homes, 40% of which to be affordable properties

• A large Suitable Alternative Natural Green Space (SANGS) on the southern half of the site for the public to enjoy – SANGS are existing open spaces that have been identified for enhancement so that they can be made more accessible and attractive to visitors

Here is a plan which shows you the proposed location of the various elements of our scheme. The northern part of the site is where we are planning to locate the new homes (shaded in beige on the plan). This will be a low-density development comprising up to 60 new homes. SANGS: 6.74Ha We anticipate there being a majority of detached houses with garages, with a lower proportion of terraced houses and apartments.

This section of the site will also include a significant area of public open space (light green) plus landscape buffers to lessen the development’s impact on Ewshot Lane and Stillers Farm.

Homes will be located away from the Listed Building at Stillers Farm and the countryside edge, where the development is more open and informal.
