The available tender capacity will be calculated as stipulated in Sec.3 of KW-1 / KW-2 and Corrigendum issued thereon. Contractor shall make their own arrangements for procurement of all materials and machineries required for the work. There is no departmental supply of materials. Contractor should procure 7 materials and as defined in specifications prescribed in ISI / ISO and submit necessary quality control certificates from the authorized agencies before execution and same shall be submitted along with bills. 8 The work shall be implemented within the grants allotted by the Government. Within 20 days of receipt of the letter of acceptance, the Successful tenderer shall deliver to the employer a security deposit in any of the forms given below for an amount equivalent to 5% of contract price plus additional security for un balanced tender. - Bankers cheque /DD/pay order in favour of EE Rural Waer supply an Sanitation Division, 9 Bangalore Urban District, Bangalore/Specified small savings instrument pledged to EE Rural Waer supply an Sanitation Division, Bangalore Urban District, Bangalore. Otherwise the E.M.D. will be forfeited and necessary action will be initiated against the Tenderer as per Tender Clause. The E.M.D Furnished by the unsuccesful biddercs will be released only after entering into Agreement by the successful Tenderer or 30 days from the date of submission of Tender 10 whichever is earlier. 11 If the Tenderer who fails to complete the work within the stipulated period under this Division, such tenderers will not be entertained for partipitation for future tenders. 12 Submission of insufficient documents required for Qualification of Tender document as per K.W-1 of SBD will be Technically dis-qualified. 13 Conditional tenders will be rejected. 14 The work shall be implemented within the grants allotted by the Government.
