sendfilmstories compiled by Stefan Chiarantano November 1, 2006 Introduction By Stefan Chiarantano Several months ago, I put out an open call asking filmmakers and industry people to send in stories about their filmmaking experience to be compiled in e-book for all to enjoy and aimed specifically at assisting aspiring and emerging filmmakers. I had hoped to receive many submissions but just a smattering of submissions was received. Nevertheless, I’ve compiled them together in sendfilmstories e-book. The guidelines were very general and individuals were encouraged to write about anything they wanted using any style of writing. Here are the submissions. Please enjoy them. They are an enjoyable read and hint at the complexity, creativity and dedication involved in the filmmaking process.
